The physical body is only a small part of who we are. The vast majority of what makes us who we are cannot be seen or felt by the senses. It’s our higher consciousness, which contains our thoughts and feelings that make up most of who we are. If you can concentrate on changing your mind, then that change will be stronger than if you concentrated on something else. Unlike the physical body, there aren’t any restrictions to how much you can change your mind; it can grow as much as you want it to grow.

Ultimately, change is in your hands. You have control over everything. There are no external barriers that can stop you from making a change.

Big Idea #2: Nourish your thoughts so you can transform them into reality.

Your favorite childhood memory and your dream of the perfect future are similar because they’re both thoughts. In fact, everything that you do or believe comes in the form of a thought. Thoughts make us who we are.

If you want to achieve something, you have to think about it. Every action is based on a thought. Therefore, if you want to change your life in some way, start by thinking about what that change should be and then work toward making it happen.

If you think of yourself as being shy in front of crowds, you will be shy. If you try to imagine yourself as a great public speaker, you’ll be less afraid and better at it. Therefore, strive to visualize your perfect scenario for any situation.

The first thing you need to do is realize that whatever you think of already exists in some form. This can be hard because we tend to think our perfect life is somewhere else, but it’s not. You just have to find a way to use the ingredients around you. Next, will your thoughts into existence by willing them into being with persistence and willingness. Persistence isn’t enough – what matters most is your willingness to go all out for your dream no matter what obstacles get in the way. Finally, don’t give up if things don’t work out at first – keep trying until you succeed!
